West Chester apartment communities
Doorstep trash pickup for West Chester properties.
West Chester has some of the newest apartment communities in the region, and residents of a newer property expect amenities to match. Queen City Valet collects bagged trash at every door on your pickup nights and carries it straight to your compactor, so breezeways and stairwells stay clean for residents and for tours.
Because we're local, you get one owner you can call directly, not a national call center. We can walk your property, map the route building by building and start service in about two weeks.
How it works
Three simple steps.
-
01
Residents set it out
Bagged trash goes in a branded bin by the door during the pickup window, typically 6–8 pm.
-
02
We collect every door
Uniformed porters walk every floor and breezeway, photo-logging each pickup as they go.
-
03
Straight to the compactor
Every bag goes into your compactor or dumpster, and we leave the area clean behind us.
