Pricing FAQ
Do we pay for every unit, or only leased units?
Your choice. We can bill all units, or only leased units each month with an agreed minimum, which works well for communities still in lease-up.
Can we pass the cost on to residents?
Yes. Most communities bill it to residents as a monthly amenity fee, which makes the service budget-neutral. How you bill residents is up to you.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. After the free trial, service is month to month. Either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you're happy, service simply continues on the plan you chose. If not, let us know in writing before the trial ends and you owe nothing.
Who provides the door bins?
You can use your own, or we can supply branded, leak-resistant bins for your community at cost.
What if a night is missed?
Weather delays are made up the next service night. If we miss a night for any other reason, you receive a credit for that night.
